Our intentions are to make every transaction a pleasant one. If at any point your disatisfied with your purchases then please contact us immediatley. All refunds are at the discretion of Apocalypse miniatures, return postage costs are not refundable unless the fault of the goods is incured by us.

We will only send items abroad via recorded delivery or international signed for delivery.

Multple purchase will save on postage costs.

UK customers should look to recieve thier items within 2-3 working days.

European customers within one week.

Other locations could take up to two weeks.
Postal charges are dependent on the weight of total amounts purchased. Customers will be sent an invoice with the postal charges added to their store purchases.
